How do you say what’s already been said? How do you follow in the footsteps that have already been tread?
They say that when you know it, it would be easy. The truth, I found out, was much less appealing.
“Speak from the heart,” they cried, “Ignore what’s in your mind.” But what I came up with was much less than sublime.
I looked the words, and could easily believe my gaze; not a single line could make me the least bit amazed
I crumpled up the work and threw it at a wall. At least there was some satisfaction at watching it fall.
